Summer 2025 Payment Plan Enrollment
Students who wish to participate in the Summer 2025 payment plan need to complete this form.  The cashiers office will respond to your request by the email provided with instructions and payment amount.  Student will be required to pay a $30 non-refundable enrollment fee and pay half of all tuition and fees before they are approved to be held in their Summer 2025 classes.

I understand that  I am responsible for ensuring payments are made via ctcLink on the due date without further notice from Highline College. 

Final Payment must be received on or before Monday, July 21,2025.

I understand that a $30.00 late payment fee will be assessed If my final payment is not received on or before Monday, July 21, 2025.

A registration block service indicator will be placed on my account if I still have a balance owed after 7/21/2025.

I understand that refunds due to withdrawal from classes, cancelled classes, or administrative withdrawal will be processed according the HC Refund Policy. 

I am liable for unpaid tuition charges based on the withdrawal date.
