FIRST JOB OUT OF UNIVERSITY - 2012 - £16,000/year
"It took me a while to find this job. I was an entry-level assistant at a zoo. I didn't negotiate my starting salary, but I did get 25 days holiday".

FIRST RAISE - 2014 - £18,500/year
"During my annual review, I asked for a £5,000 raise. We met halfway and I received a £2,500 raise, bringing my salary to £18,500."
