We require at least 3 weeks lead time for providing materials.

We recommend leaving at least a week between your event and the date materials are needed by. This is just in case there is an issue with your request, but it is not mandatory. Please make sure to provide us at least 3 weeks of lead time to prepare, pack and ship your materials.

Please do not submit multiple requests for the same event, as you will likely receive double or even triple the amount of materials you initially requested.
