This form should take less than 10 minutes to complete and will walk you through the campus change process. The form will give you an opportunity to change majors, acknowledge program requirements, and request a consultation if necessary.
Upon submission, a staff member will process your change in 1-2 business days. You will receive communication to your ODU email address when the change is made which will allow you to register under your new campus and connect you to your new advisor.
