It is human nature for people to take others for granted. In fact, often it is too late to tell others what they meant to you.  We have lost many people over the years in the SEO/SEM community and I thought it would be a good idea to have people fill out a form, saying nice things about their favorite SEOs/SEMs.  You can fill out the form multiple times for multiple people.  I hope to share these stories, while these people are still alive, so they can know how much they mean to you and the community.  I will nofollow all links as to discourage use of this as a link building tool. :)
